This mandoline slicer is very sharp and works exactly as you would expect. The quality of the blades is more than sufficient and it handles vegetables with ease. It comes with a huge number of attachments, almost too many, and the only drawback is that there is no way to store them all within the unit itself. You will need to find a place to keep the extra parts.
That said, it has every accessory you could want in a slicer and chopper, and for the price the value is excellent. A very handy kitchen tool.
