This multifunctional vegetable cutter supports 4 cutting functions: it can cut cubes by 10 x 10mm and 8 x 8mm stainless steel grid blades; cut french fries by 10×90mm grid blades; cut 3mm&2mm thin strips by 2 shredding blades and cut 1-3mm thickness thin slices by adjusting blade spacers. These types of blades are replaceable.
This commercial veggie processor is easy to clean, you can directly pour water into the chamber to wash; please be careful when cleaning blades. The feed port is in a size of 66mm×91mm to ensure both safety and efficiency, it is suitable for various vegetables, but for very large size, please cut it into smaller pieces to ensure good cutting effect.
The 200W 140rpm DC motor achieves low speed but high torque, efficiently cutting hard veggie like carrot and pumpkin; with this setting, the machine is capable of stable running for up to 60min continuous working, and cuts up to max.150kg/h. At meantime, it greatly reduces the working noise.
The whole shell is made of die-cast aluminium, in a rounded and smooth shape, sturdy and rust-proof. This vegetable cutter is designed with a safety snap that allows the machine to operate properly only when the snap is correctly fastened.
The machine comes with instructions in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish for easy operation. Suitable for countertop work, it can be used commercially or in large families for efficient dish preparation; e.g. potato wedges, diced pumpkin, chopped onion, sliced courgette, chopped spring onion, shredded lettuce, etc.; it is not suitable for soft and juicy vegetables, e.g. tomatoes, spinach, etc.
